PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We protect and process your personal data:

  • in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR
  • on the principles described in this document, hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", which is effective from 24.05.2018. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

We have received your personal data:

  • directly from you – through voluntarily completed electronic forms available on websites, e.g. when registering in our systems or contact forms;
  •  directly from you – verbally or by means of communication, e.g. telephone, e-mail, chat;
  •  in connection with the performance of a contract (concluded e.g. with you, your employer, supplier, client), in particular for the purpose of carrying out the order;
  • in connection with taking steps prior to concluding a contract;

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

We may process your personal data for the following purposes and in accordance with the following legal basis:

  •  establishing and maintaining a commercial or business relationship – this is our legitimate interest in connection with our commercial activities;
  • performance of the contract, in particular the performance of an order placed by electronic means of communication – performance of the contract;
  • complaint handling – contract execution;
  • preparing, storing and maintaining documentation required by law – our legal obligation;
  • keeping a register of correspondence – our legitimate interest in documenting the circumstances of the performance of the contract and enabling the pursuit of claims or defense against claims
  • sending commercial information – your consent to processing;

According to the GDPR, you have the right to protect your personal data, in particular you have the right to:

  • request from the Administrator access to your personal data;
  • rectification of your personal data;
  • deletion of your personal data;
  • restrictions on the processing of your personal data;
  • object to the processing of your personal data;
  • transfer your personal data;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;

We operate on the basis of Articles 6, 13, 14 and 21 of the GDPR.
